GETTING TO
KNOW
RACHEL

Rachel is a South-East-London-based mum-of-two, and wife (-of-one), with a love of writing and storytelling – especially stories about how we might live healthier lives in a healthier world.

She is a qualified yoga teacher, lover of reading (expect lots of popular science and crime fiction on that bedside table) and coffee-shop afficionado. She is a long-time coeliac and has been living gluten free for almost 20 years. In another life, she gained a black belt in Choi Kwang Do, having fallen in love with martial arts while living in South Korea.

On a Sunday night, you’ll find her drinking a G&T, eating a veggie curry and watching Death In Paradise (while dreaming of sunnier climes!) On a Monday morning, she’s ready for anything – mostly chasing around after her sons.

Let’s talk.

Drop me a line to find out more about me, my rates and availability, and how we could work together.

A note from me:

I work Tuesday through Friday. I’ll aim to get back to you within 24 hours during the working week.
